11-Year-Old Shot Dead ID'd, Details Released: York County Coroner(Update)

An 11-year-old boy who was "found unresponsive after an apparent shooting, possibly self-inflicted," on Sunday night has been identified, York County Coroner Pam Gay said in a release.

Jaime Sepulveda of the first block of West Market Street died took his life with a single gunshot to the head, according to the coroner's office autopsy results on Nov. 9. 

Deputy Coroner Scott Pennewell was called to investigate and certify the death in the first block of West Market Street in York around 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 5.

Jaime was pronounced dead at the scene at 11 p.m., the coroner's release details. 

Funeral and memorial service details have not been released.
